Following the share capital decrease of the company "EUROCONSULTANTS S.A." (GRS439003005), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €0.30 (from €0.60) per share.

Following the share capital increase and decrease - equal in amount - of the company "GENERAL COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL S.A." (GRS137003000), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of €0.30 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.02 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.   

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "GENERAL COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL S.A." (GRS137003000) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange ex-dividend for the fiscal year 2016, amounting to €0.010 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.0085 per share).
