CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the share capital increase and decrease - equal in amount - of the company "PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A." (GRS472003011), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of €0.47 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.05 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE ATHEX INDICES

Following the announcement of 04/07/2019 of the company «IASO S.A.» and according to Index Ground Rules the investability weight of the company's shares to all indices changes from 90% to 17%.

In detail, the change will affect the composition of the following indices:
