SHARES' FORCED SALES

According to the decision 165/12.09.2019 of the Capital Market Commission, 375,000 (CR) shares of the company "QUALITY AND RELIABILITY S.A." (GRS396003006) will be auctioned. The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus ten percent (-10%) of the closing price of the share on October 9, 2019.

The shares of the company "CNL CAPITAL E.K.E.S. - AIFM" (GRS520003005) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange ex- interim dividend for the fiscal year 2019, amounting to €0.20 per share (net amount).
