The trading of the 4,782 own (CR) shares of the company "LOULIS MILLS S.A." (GRS117123000) ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX. On July 11, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 17,120,280 (CR) shares.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "STELIOS KANAKIS S.A." (GRS448003004), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €0.61 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.08 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
