In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 3/962/31.08.2022 and following the approval of the request of the company "ALLIANZ SE" for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company "EUROPEAN RELIANCE GEN. INSURANCE CO. S.A." (GRS277023008) on ATHEX is ceased.
