(GRS310003009) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange at a new par value of €0.44 per share due to the share split, in terms of 3 new (CR) shares in replacement of each 1 old (CR) share held (i.e. 2 new bonus (CR) shares for each 1 old (CR) share held). The start date of trading of the new 71,481,792 (CR) shares is set on March 21, 2022.
