CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the share capital decrease of the company "FOODLINK S.A." (GRS510003015), the shares of the latter are traded on the Alternative Market of ATHEX under the new par value of €0.28 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.02 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

The trading of the 11,510,102 (CB) shares of the company "NAFPAKTOS TEXTILE INDUSTRY S.A." (GRS265061002) ceases, in order to be converted to an equal number of (CR) shares. The resumption of trading of the new 11,510,102 (CR) shares is set for September 20, 2019.
