CHANGE OF TRADING CATEGORY

According to the Decision of the Market Operations Steering Committee and following the implementation of the ATHEX Rulebook, the shares of the company «KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A.» (GRS324253004) are transferred to the Low Dispersion Category.

CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF ATHEX INDICES

Due to the transfer of trading of the shares of the company «KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A.» to the Low Dispersion Category, the following changes will take place in the composition of the indices that the shares of the company participate. In detail:

The shares of the company «KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A.» will be removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index

The shares of the company «KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A.» will be removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index

The shares of the company «KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A.» will be removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Plus Index

The shares of the company «KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A.» will be removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «INTRACOM S.A. HOLDINGS» with investability weight of 65%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Industrial Goods & Services

The shares of the company «KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A.» will be removed from the index without immediate replacement.
