CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the decision of the ATHEX Stock Markets Steering Committee on January 19, 2017, the trading of the total of 8,922,944,533 shares of the bank "BANK OF CYPRUS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD" (CY0104810110) ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX, resulting to 0 (CR) shares listed on ATHEX, and the shares of the bank are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.
