The trading of the right (TATTR - GRX001003086) of the company "ATTICA BANK S.A." ceases following the recent share capital increase carried out in the form of a rights issue. The expiration date of the pre-emption right's subscription period is set on April 24, 2023.

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 5/982/30.03.2023 and following the approval of the request of Mr. Georgios Gerardos for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company "PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A." (GRS320313000) on ATHEX is ceased.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the ‘BANK OF GREECE' (GRS004013009) are traded on the Athens Exchange ex-dividend for the fiscal year 2022, amounting to €0.6720 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.6384 per share).
