CORPORATE ACTIONS

The 16,541,878 new (CR) shares of the company "ATTICA BANK S.A." (GRS001003037) are admitted on ATHEX, following the conversion from an equal number of warrants, at a conversion price of €9.18 per share. On October 20, 2021, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 24,229,445 (CR) shares.

 

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "GREEK ORGANISATION OF FOOTBALL PROGNOSTICS S.A." (GRS419003009) are traded on ATHEX ex- interim dividend for the fiscal year 2021, amounting to €0.10 per share, which is subjected to the tax pursuant to the current legislation (Net amount: €0.095 per share).

 

INDEX PRESS RELEASE

The Athens Stock Exchange and FTSE Russell announce that according to the Ground Rules for the management of the indices, the investability weight (Free Float) of the company «ATTICA BANK S.A.» will change from the current 19% to 7%, effective from the session of Wednesday October 20th 2021. 

The change will affect the composition of the following indices:
