CORPORATE ACTIONS

The 53,668,147 new (CR) shares of the company "FORTHNET S.A." (GRS406003004) are admitted to trading on ATHEX following the conversion of 53,668,147 bonds, at a conversion price of €0.30 per bond. On December 21, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 163,815,807 (CR) shares and the total number of the company's listed bonds (GRC406116ΑF5) amounts to 180,030.311 bonds, convertible to (CR) shares.

The trading of the 41,068,800 (CR) shares of the company "CRETE PLASTICS S.A." (GRS326003001), (par value of €0.42 per share) is suspended and the aforementioned shares are deleted from the OASIS Trading System, in order to be replaced by 27,379,200 new (CR) shares (par value of €0.63 per share), which resulted from the recent Reverse share Split. The start date of trading of the new shares, with new par value of €0.63 per share and with adjusted start share price of €9.85 is set at December 28, 2017.

CASH DISTRIBUTION

The shares of the company "NBG PANGAEA R.E.I.C." (GRS509003018) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange ex-interim dividend for the fiscal year 2017, amounting to €0.09 per share (net amount).

REMOVAL FROM TRADING SYSTEMS

Following the decision of the ATHEX Listings and Market Operation Committee on December 06, 2017, the shares of the companies of "MICROLAND COMPUTERS S.A." (GRS351003009), "HELLENIC FABRICS S.A." (GRS219003001), "PC SYSTEMS S.A." (GRS381313006), "MARAC ELECTRONICS S.A." (GRS471003012) and "COMPUCON S.A." (GRS443003017) are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.
