The aforementioned shares have resulted from the share capital increase due to the merger by aquisition of the company "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A." by the company "PIRAEUS BANK S.A.", according to the following share exchange ratio: each shareholder of "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A." exchanges each 1 (CR) share held with 1 new (CR) share of “PIRAEUS BANK S.A.”.
     

  • the 78,000 new (CR) shares of the company "PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A." (GRS472003011) start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan, exercised by 4 executives of the company, at an issue price of €0.85 per share. On December 22, 2025, the total number of the company’s listed shares amounts to 24,823,934 (CR) shares.

  • As of December 22, 2025, the shares of the company “QUALITY AND RELIABILITY S.A.” (GRS396003006) are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 47 new (CR) shares for every 160 old (CR) shares held - with issue of 8.032.629 new (CR) shares - at an issue price of €1.10 per share. The rights’ trading period is set from December 30, 2025, to January 9, 2026 (included). The rights’ subscription period is set from December 30, 2025, to January 14, 2026 (included).  It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on December 22, 2025, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (19/12/2025): €1.2360 and -30% at the adjusted start share price: €1.2060.
