CORPORATE ACTIONS

The 1,488,912 new (CR) shares of the company ‘AUDIO VISUAL ENTERPRISES S.A.' (GRS489003004) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the conversion of an equal number of non-listed preferred shares. On December 22, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 51,119,369  new (CR) shares.

The trading of the warrants of the bank ‘NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.' (GRR000000036) is suspended on ATHEX. As of December 29, 2017, the warrants will be removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.
