CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the equal share capital increase and decrease of the company "PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A." (GRS320313000), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of €0.33 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.17 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

The shares of the company "EPSILON NET S.A." (GRS498003003), are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange at a new par value of €0.075 per share due to the share split, in terms of 4 new (CR) shares in replacement of 1 old (CR) share (split) (i.e. 3 new bonus (CR) shares for every 1 old (CR) share held). The start date of trading of the new 40,200,000 (CR) shares is set on November 26, 2021.
