The 97,014,940 new (CR) shares of the company "LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A." (GRS245213004) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase through a rights issue. On December 23, 2019, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 176,736,715 (CR) shares.

The trading of the 8,418,750 (CB) shares of the company "GEKE S.A." (GRS398161000) ceases, in order to be converted to an equal number of (CR) shares. The resumption of trading of the new 8,418,750 (CR) shares is set for December 31, 2019.
