SHARES FORCED SALES

According to the decision 176/03.02.2020 of the Capital Market Commission, 333,333 (CR) shares of the bank "PIRAEUS BANK S.A." (GRS014003024) will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on February 21, 2020, by a percentage greater than 3%.
