CORPORATE ACTIONS

As of 25/08/2025:

•    and following the change in the share capital of the company “BIOKARPET  S.A.” (GRS165063009), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €1.00 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.02 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

•    in accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors’ Decision No 4/1060/07.08.2025 and following the approval of the request of the company "METLEN ENERGY & METALS PLC" for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company “METLEN ENERGY & METALS S.A.” (GRS393503008) on ATHEX is ceased.

•    in accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors’ Decision No 3/1060/07.08.2025 and following the approval of the request of the company "GI.EL.DI SYMMETOCHON S.A." for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company “FLOUR MILLS KEPENOS S.A.” (GRS438003006) on ATHEX is ceased.

•    the shares of the company "CRETE PLASTICS S.A." (GRS326003019) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €0.52 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.494 per share).

•    the shares of the company "ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A." (GRS518003009) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €0.0624253270 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.0593040607 per share).
