SHARES FORCED SALES

According to the decision 176/03.02.2020 of the Capital Market Commission, 318,333 (CR) shares of the bank "PIRAEUS BANK S.A." (GRS014003024) will be auctioned for a second day. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on February 24, 2020, by a percentage greater than 3%.
