CORPORATE ACTIONS

• Following the share capital decrease of the company "QUEST HOLDINGS S.A." (GRS310003009), the shares of the latter: a) do not incorporate the entitlement to the capital return through distribution in kind to the shareholders of the same company, of the shares of "BRIQ PROPERTIES R.E.I.C.", in terms of 1 share of "BRIQ PROPERTIES R.E.I.C." for each 1 share of "QUEST HOLDINGS S.A.", b) have new par value €1.02 (from €3.32), and c) are suspended from trading on ATHEX.. The start date of trading of the shares of "QUEST HOLDINGS S.A." with the new par value, will be the same with the start date of trading of the shares of "BRIQ PROPERTIES R.E.I.C.".
• The trading of the 179,386 own (CR) shares of the company "SELECTED TEXTILE IND. ASSOC.  S.A." (GRS045003001) ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX. On July 25, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 51,887,910 (CR) shares.
• Following the share capital decrease of the company "AEOLIAN INVESTMENT FUND S.A." (GRS179003017), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with new par value of €0.35 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €3.25 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.  
• The trading of the 50,593,832 (CR) shares of the company "FRIGOGLASS S.A." (GRS346153000), (par value of €0.30 per share) is suspended and the aforementioned shares are deleted from the OASIS Trading System, in order to be replaced by 16,864,610 new (CR) shares (par value of €0.90 per share), which resulted from the recent Reverse share Split. The start date of trading of the new shares, with new par value of €0.36 per share - following the subsequent decrease in share par value ? and with adjusted start share price of €0.312 is set at July 28, 2017.
