The 36,146,665 new (CR) shares of the company "ANEK LINES S.A." (GRS316003003) are admitted to trading on ATHEX following the conversion of 10,844,000 bonds, at a conversion price of €0,30 per bond. On August 25, 2020, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 221,519,681 (CR), 312,163 (PR issue '90) and 2,969,713 (PR issue '96) shares.
