(GRS014003032), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with new par value of €0.93 per share and excluding the right to participate in the capital return through distribution in kind of the shares of "SUNRISEMEZZ PLC" to "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS" shareholders, in terms of 1 share of "SUNRISEMEZZ PLC" for every 7 shares of "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A." held.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A." (GRS015003007), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with new par value of €0.29 per share and excluding the right to participate in the capital return through distribution in kind of the shares of "GALAXY COSMOS MEZZ PLC" to "ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A." shareholders, in terms of 1 share of "GALAXY COSMOS MEZZ PLC" for every 27 shares of "ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A." held.
