CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the share capital decrease of the company "TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A." [GRS074083007 (CR), GRS074084005 (PR)], the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €2.50 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.527163 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A." (GRS426003000) are traded on the Athens Exchange without the right for the remaining dividend for the fiscal year 2017, amounting to €1.00 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.85 per share).
