CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the share capital decrease of the company "ALPHA TRUST MUTUAL FUND AND ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT S.A." (GRS504003021), the shares of the latter are traded on the Alternative Market of ATHEX under the new par value of € 0.30 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of € 0.70092543 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
