CORPORATE ACTIONS

The 1,203,408 new (CR) shares of the company "ALPHA TRUST ANDROMEDA S.A." (GRS433003019) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the recent share split. On October 27, 2021, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 1,604,544 (CR) shares. 

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 2/932/12.10.2021 and following the approval of the request of Mrs Dorothea Kefala for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company "GEKE S.A." (GRS398003004) on ATHEX is ceased.

Following the decision of the ATHEX Listings and Market Operation Committee of October 26, 2021, the shares of the company "EUROCONSULTANTS S.A." (GRS439003005) will be trading on the Main Market of ATHEX.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "PAPOUTSANIS S.A." (GRS065003014) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange ex - supplementary dividend for the fiscal year 2020, amounting to €0.02 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.019 per share).
