The 2,519,444 new (CR) shares of the Company ‘NIREUS S.A.' (GRS234003002) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the conversion of 56,761 bonds, at a conversion price of € 0.31 per share. On December 27, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 294,016,812 (CR) shares and the total number of the company's listed bonds amounts to 1,717,598 bonds, convertible to (CR) shares.
