DELETION OF COMPANY

The trading of the shares of the company «AEOLIAN INVESTMENT FUND S.A.» (GRS179003017) ceases, following the decision of the company' General Meeting and the relevant disclosure 1507272 of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness, for the deletion of the company from the General Commercial Register.

• 22,500 (CR) shares of the company "KARATZIS  S.A." (GRS399163005)
• 45 (CR) shares of the company "KOSTAS LAZARIDIS S.A." (GRS354003006)
• 6,313 (CR) shares of the company "NIREFS S.A." (GRS234003002)
• 3,500 (CR) shares of the company "THRACE PLASTICS HOLDING AND COMMERCIAL S.A." (GRS239003007)

The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus three percent (-3%) of the closing price of the share on March 27, 2019.
