CORPORATE ACTIONS

a) The 16,864,610 new (CR) shares of the company "FRIGOGLASS S.A." are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the conversion from the recent share Reverse Split, in replacement of the 50,593,832 old (CR) shares of the company, b) following the share capital decrease, the share par value of the same company decreases from €0.90 to €0.36. On July 28, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 16,864,610 (CR) shares, of new ISIN Code GRS346003007, final par value of €0.36 per share -after the decrease of the share capital -  and with adjusted start share price of €0.312.

The distinctive title of the company "MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A." (GRS422003004) on Athens Stock Exchange changes to "MLS Innovation Inc".
