CORPORATE ACTIONS

• Following the share capital decrease of the company "MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A." (GRS422003004), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with new par value of €0.31 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.06281 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.   
• The shares of the company "KTIMA KOSTAS LAZARIDIS S.A." (GRS354003006), are traded on the ATHEX ex-bonus in terms of 1.4 new (CR) shares for every 10 old (CR) shares held. The start date of trading of the new 2,212,672 (CR) bonus shares is set on September 1, 2017.
