CORPORATE ACTIONS

a) The 27,379,200 new (CR) shares of the company "CRETE PLASTICS S.A." are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the conversion from the recent share Reverse Split, in replacement of the 41,068,800 old (CR) shares of the company, b) following the share capital increase, the share par value of the same company increases from €0.63 to €0.635. On December 28, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 27,379,200 (CR) shares, of new ISIN Code GRS326003019, new par value of €0.635 per share -after the share capital increase-  and with adjusted start share price of €9.85.
