CORPORATE ACTIONS

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 3/822/14.06.2018 and following the approval of the request of the company "NISSOS HOLDING (CY) LIMITED" for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company "KORRES S.A. NATURAL PRODUCTS" (GRS494003007) on ATHEX is ceased.

SHARES' FORCED SALES

According to the decisions 111/12.04.2017 & 111Β/11.06.2018 of the Capital Market Commission, 476,118 (CR) shares of the company "EUROCONSULTANTS S.A." (GRS439003005) will be auctioned for a second day. The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus ten percent (-10%) of the closing price of the share on June 28, 2018.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "ALPHA TRUST MUTUAL FUND AND ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT S.A." are traded on the "Alternative Market" of the Athens Stock Exchange without the dividend for the fiscal year 2017, amounting to € 0.50 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: € 0.425 per share).
