CORPORATE ACTIONS

The trading of the 9,147,151,527 (CR) shares of the bank "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A." (GRS003003027), (par value of €0.30 per share) is suspended and the aforementioned shares are deleted from the OASIS Trading System, in order to be replaced by 914,715,153 (CR) shares (par value of €3.00 per share), which resulted from the recent Reverse share Split. The start date of trading of the new shares with adjusted start share price of € 2.448 is set at September 3, 2018.
