On November 29, 2019, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 13,191,620 (CR) shares with a new ISIN Code GRS249003005.

CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE ATHEX INDICES

The Athens Stock Exchange announces the changes that will be implemented in the composition of the ATHEX Stock Market Indices in accordance with the provisions of the Ground Rules for the Management of the Indices.

In detail:

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Factor Weight Index

The shares of the companies «FLOUR MILLS KEPENOS S.A.» and «ELTRAK S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the companies «KTIMA KOSTAS LAZARIDIS S.A.» with investability weight 21% and «GEN COMMERCIAL & IND.» with investability weight 44%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index

The shares of the company «ELTRAK S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index

The shares of the company «ELTRAK S.A.»  are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «KTIMA KOSTAS LAZARIDIS S.A.» with investability weight 21%.

• ATHEX Alternative Market Price Index

The shares of the company «DIVERSA COMMERCIAL - IMPORTS - TECHNICAL - SERVICES S.A.» are removed from the index at zero price, without immediate replacement.
