• Following the share capital decrease of the company "GRIVALIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C." (GRS491003000), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with new par value of €1.71 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.42 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
• The trading of the 76,156 own (CR) shares of the company "SELECTED TEXTILE IND. ASSOC.  S.A." (GRS045003001) ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX. On January 30, 2019, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 51,754,364 (CR) shares.
