CORPORATE ACTIONS

The trading of the 13,202,756 (CR) shares of the company "KEKROPS S.A." (GRS070083001), (par value of € 0.35 per share) is suspended and the aforementioned shares are deleted from the OASIS Trading System, in order to be replaced by 6,601,378 new (CR) shares (par value of € 0.70 per share), which resulted from the recent share reverse split. The start date of trading of the new shares, with adjusted start share price of € 0.500, is set at July 5, 2017.

Following the share capital increase and decrease - equal in amount - of the company "MEVACO S.A." (GRS319103008), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with final par value of € 0.95 per share and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of € 0.04 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
