Τhe shares of the company "INTRAKAT S.A. OF TECHNICAL AND ENERGY PROJECTS" (GRS432003028) are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 1.13878275664266 new (CR) shares for every 1 old (CR) share held - with issue of 85,470,086 new CR shares - at an issue price of €1.17 per share. The rights' trading period is set from January 4, 2023, to January 20, 2023 (included). The rights' subscription period is set from January 4, 2023, to January 25, 2023 (included). It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on December 30, 2022, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (29/12/2022): €1.6040 and -30% at the adjusted start share price: € 1.3720.

(GRS124153008) are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 10 new (CR) shares for every 1 old (CR) share held - with issue of 49,686,000 new CR shares - at an issue price of €0.05 per share. The rights' trading period is set from January 4, 2023, to January 12, 2023 (included). The rights' subscription period is set from January 4, 2023, to January 17, 2023 (included). It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on December 30, 2022, are set as follows: +20% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (29/12/2022): €1.5400 and -20% at the adjusted start share price: €0.1850.

DELETIONS

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 974/29.12.2022, the shares of the company "G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A." (GRS254003007) are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.
