CORPORATE ACTIONS

a) The 2,023,132 new (CR) shares of the company "P.G. NIKAS S.A." are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the conversion from the recent share Reverse Split, in replacement of the 20,231,328 old (CR) shares of the company, b) following the share capital decrease, the share par value of the same company decreases from € 6.00 to € 0.30. On March 31, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 2,023,132 (CR) shares, of new ISIN Code GRS111003018, final par value of € 0.30 per share -after the decrease of the share capital -  and with adjusted start share price of € 0.960.
