As of August 31, 2021, and until September 15, 2021 (included), is the period set for subscription for the excercise of the right to aquire the warrants issued by ATTICA BANK S.A. (GRR000000051) by the shareholders of the bank, according to their proportionate participation in the share capital of the Bank on the date of the Annual General Meeting of 07/07/2021. The terms are: 2.15 warrants for every 1 old (CR) share of ATTICA BANK, at an aquisition price of €0.1530 per warrant. The ISIN Code of the right is GRX001000009, while this right will not be admitted to trading on ATHEX.
