The new 1,524,000 (CR) shares of the company "PIPE WORKS L. GIRAKIAN PROFIL S.A." are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the conversion from an equal number of (CB) shares. On December 31, 2019, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 1,524,000 (CR) shares with a new ISIN Code GRS095003000.

The 25,179,640 (CB) & 1,540,000 (PB) shares of the company "J. BOUTARIS & SON HOLDING S.A." are converted to an equal number of (CR) &(PR) shares, while remaining under suspension of trading. On December 31, 2019, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 25,179,640 (CR) & 1,540,000 (PR) shares with a new ISIN Codes GRS110003001 & GRS110004009, respectively.

The new 8,418,750 (CR) shares of the company "GEKE S.A." are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the conversion from an equal number of (CB) shares. On December 31, 2019, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 8,418,750 (CR) shares with a new ISIN Code GRS398003004.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "ALPHA TRUST ANDROMEDA S.A." (GRS433003019), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with new par value of €14.50 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.7512529 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE ATHEX INDICES

The Athens Stock Exchange announces the changes that will be implemented in the composition of the ATHEX Stock Market Indices following the announcement of the company «NIREUS S.A.» of 24/12/2019 in accordance with the provisions of the Ground Rules.

The shares of the company «LOULIS MILLS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A.» with investability weight 58%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap Index

The shares of the company «NIREUS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REIC» with investability weight 22%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index

The shares of the company «NIREUS S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index Plus

The shares of the company «NIREUS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «KRI-KRI MILK INDUSTRY S.A.» with investability weight 26%.
