SEMI - ANNUAL OF ATHEX INDEX SERIES

Further to the technical notice released on Wednesday October 29, 2014 in relation to the  ATHEX Index Series review, Athens Water Supply & Sewerage S.A investability weight change will no longer be changing and will remain at 39%. All other details remain unchanged.

In particular the following changes will be implemented:

• ATHEX Composite Price Index
  • Four (4) additions, four (4) deletions and three (3) investability weight changes.

• ATHEX Composite Total Return Index
  • Four (4) additions, four (4) deletions and three (3) investability weight changes.

• ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index
  • Nine (9) additions, nine (9) deletions and two (2) investability weight changes.

• ATHEX Alternative Market Index
  • Zero (0) additions, deletions or investability weight changes. 

The calculation of the new capping factors for the constituents of ATHEX Composite Price Index will take place using closing prices of the session of Friday November 28^th, 2014.
 
All changes to the FTSE/ATHEX Index Series will be effective from Monday December 8^th, 2014.
