Athens, 29 April 2009

The ATHEX Indices Advisory Committee met today, and approveδ the following changes in the composition of the ATHEX Indices.

In detail:

• ATHEX COMPOSITE SHARES PRICE INDEX
  A total of two (2) additions and thirteen (13) deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will be reduced to forty nine (49).

• ATHEX COMPOSITE TOTAL RETURN INDEX
  A total of two (2) additions and thirteen (13) deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will be reduced to forty nine (49).

• ATHEX MID & SMALLCAP PRICE INDEX
  A total of fifteen (15) additions and fifteen (15) deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will remain twenty (20).

• ATHEX ALTERNATIVE MARKET PRICE INDEX
  No additions or deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will remain ten (10).

All changes are effective from Monday June 01, 2009.
