The ATHEX Indices Advisory Committee met today, and approveδ the following changes in the composition of the ATHEX Indices:

• ATHEX COMPOSITE SHARES PRICE INDEX

A total of one (1) addition and six (6) deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will be forty four (44).

• ATHEX COMPOSITE TOTAL RETURN INDEX

A total of one (1) addition and six (6) deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will be forty four (44).

• ATHEX MID & SMALLCAP PRICE INDEX

A total of ten (10) additions and ten (10) deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will remain twenty (20).

• ATHEX ALTERNATIVE MARKET PRICE INDEX

No additions or deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will remain fourteen (14).

All changes are effective as of Monday November 29, 2010.
