Athens, 03 April 2010

The ATHEX Indices Advisory Committee met today, and approved the following changes in the composition of the ATHEX Indices:

• ATHEX COMPOSITE SHARES PRICE INDEX

A total of three (3) additions and two (2) deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will be fifty (50).

• ATHEX COMPOSITE TOTAL RETURN INDEX

A total of three (3) additions and two (2) deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will be fifty (50).

• ATHEX MID & SMALLCAP PRICE INDEX

A total of six (6) additions and six (6) deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will remain twenty (20).

• ATHEX ALTERNATIVE MARKET PRICE INDEX

No additions or deletions to existing constituents. After the review the index constituents will remain thirteen (13).

All changes are effective from Tuesday June 01, 2010.
