SEMI ANNUAL REVIEW OF THE INDEX «HELLENIC MID & SMALL CAP INDEX»

The Committee for the management of the «Hellenic Mid & Small Cap Index» met today to approve the changes of the index composition according to its semi review for the period October 2014 to March 2015.

According to the conditions of the Index ground rules the following changes will take place:

Additions

The shares of the company «AUTOHELLAS (CR)» are included in index composition.

Deletions

The shares of the company «SIDENOR (CR)» are removed from index composition.

It is noted that the new Index capping factors will be calculated using the close price of the index constituents of the session of Wednesday, May 27^th, 2014 .

All changes will be effective on Tuesday June 2^sd, 2015.
