Pursuant to the resolution No.3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. announces that its wholly owned subsidiary "Emporiki Group Finance PLC", issued two senior notes fully Guaranteed by Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A.
The notes, having a face value of euro 400.000.000,00 each, mature in 29/06/2010 and 27/06/2012, carry a coupon of 3ΜEURIBOR + 0.11% and 3ΜEURIBOR + 0.14% respectively, and were placed by the Lead Managers with Foreign Investors.
