Bank of Greece S.A. informs Messrs. Shareholders that the share's fractional rights of shareholders who did not express an interest for a purchase or sale of them and held up to 19.1.2006 were liquidated via a transaction on the Athens Exchange S.A. (ATHEX). Messrs. Shareholders may come to the Central Branch (Secretariat Department-Shareholders' Service) or at the various branches and agencies of the Bank in order to receive the amount they are entitled to from the aforesaid liquidation. The bank also notifies to Messrs. shareholders, who bought fractional right of the share up to 19.1.2006 that, on 8.2.2006, their Shareholders' and Investors account was credited in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) with 1 share.
