SHARE BUY-BACK

13 September 2001 - The EGM of HELEX has approved a share-buy back. It was decided that the company will buy up to 10% of the number of outstanding shares during the period 12.9.2001 to 11.9.2002, at a price not higher than 16.23 Euro and not lower than 5.05 Euro.
