MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces in accordance with article 16 of Greek Law 2190/20 and with Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Comity, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 17/05/2011 and the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 11/04/2011, that has proceeded on 20/02/2012 to the purchase of 180 own shares with an average purchase price Euro 0,2980 per share and a total purchase price Euro 59,03. The above 180 shares were purchased through ALPHA FINANCE.
