In accordance with ar. 16 of C.L. 2190/1920 and the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders on 24.05.2006, the Board of Directors of M.J.MAILLIS S.A. - Packing Systems announces that the company may within 12 months from the date of the above decision proceed to the Share Buy-Back of a maximum amount of 4,500,000 shares, which represents a percentage of 6.18 % of company''s share capital, with maximum price nine euros (9,00 Euro) per share and minimum price one euro (1,00 Euro) per share.
Following the above the Company announces that for the period starting 10 calendar days after the publication of the present announcement and until 23.05.2007 may proceed to purchases of its own shares from the investors'' community. The maximum amount of shares that may be bought-back will be 4,500,000, and in maximum price nine euros (9,00 Euro) per share and minimum price one euro (1,00 Euro) per share.
