The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that the Annual General Assembly that took place on May 30, 2007, approved a share buy back scheme in accordance with the article 16, par. 5 of the Law 2190/1920.
In particular a share buy back scheme up to 10% of the Company's share capital (5,267,500 shares) with a lowest price of Euro 5.0 and a highest price of Euro 25.0 was decided. The share buyback scheme will be implemented between 01.06.2007 - 30.05.2008.
Furthermore, in accordance with article 16, par. 10 of the law 2190/1920 and article 290, par. 2 of the ASE Regulation, the Board of Directors of the Company announces that, following the decision of the Company's General Assembly on 30.05.2007, intends to acquire up to 5.267.500 own shares, or up to 10% of the issued capital, during the period 15.06.2007 and 30.05.2008 for a lowest price of Euro 5.0 and a highest price of Euro 25.0.
